Design Responsibilities

Understand client requirements, preferences, and budget
Create design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts
Develop 2D drawings and 3D visualizations
Suggest materials, finishes, furniture, and color schemes
Coordinate with vendors, site teams, and project managers
Ensure timely design delivery and quality execution

Sales Responsibilities

Handle walk-in clients and inbound leads
Present design ideas and solutions confidently
Convert leads into confirmed projects
Prepare quotations and proposals
Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships
Achieve monthly sales/design conversion targets
